Updated: May 2, 2006 In any for-profit corporation, publicly-supported charity, or not-for-profit institution (WAMC, Inc. claims exemption from federal income taxes as a charitable educational institution under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code), each member of the corporate board of trustees/directors bears ultimate ethical and moral responsibility for the institution's decisions and actions. At WAMC, Inc., the trustees of the corporate board bear primary and ultimate responsibility for allowing the bloat in company payroll, the waste of charitable resources, and for approving unreasonably high salaries and pay hikes to corporate officers and senior management personnel. So that you can know who the trustees are, and where you can contact
them to express your views, the following information is provided.
