Criticism of neocons goes much too far

To the Editor of THE EAGLE:-

Is Alan Chartock subject to editorial oversight? I ask because in his Feb. 26 column he effectively accuses "neocons" of murdering young Americans: "But do I think the neocons have the stomach to kill more of our young people and more civilians? We know they do."

Who is "we?" And how can your newspaper permit this despicable slander? Have you no shame?
