WAMC's
Actual Coverage Map
based upon Service Contour
Maps on file with FCC.*
FCC 60dBu (industry standard)
service contour maps are overlaid onto WAMC's own map with its 'claimed'
coverage area for comparison.
Remember: Each dotted,
blue, circular (irregular) pattern represents the 'service contour' - the
primary coverage area - for each labeled WAMC station transmitter.
Translator coverage areas are all labeled and shown as well. Because of
extremely low power (1 to 50 watts), translator areas show up relatively
small and can be examined best using the map's larger
version.

Please note that according
to FCC: "Often stations may be received at locations well beyond
the displayed service contour, depending on the location of other stations
on the same or adjacent channels."
Misc.: The contour
maps for WRUN-AM and WAMC-AM display the respective 'daytime' primary coverage
areas.
